Global Gathering

Godskitchen have been working closely alongside Filthy & Famous now for over 5 years, whether that be for radio shows, podcast creation or voice over work for various television adverts and promotional material.  The two most recent projects were used for the UK’s biggest dance music festival, Global Gathering.

Firstly, they wanted the creation and fortnightly production of a radio show/podcast to go out on the Official Global Gathering website to a potential listenership of over 80,000 clubbers Worldwide.  This would include co-operative content management with the team at the AMG offices but creative control was left mostly down to us, most notably F&F Director and International DJ, Mark Eteson, who would head up as presenter of the show.  A total of eight 60-min podcasts were created over a 14 week promotional period, with interviews with well established music acts – for example – Underworld, included in the shows.

Secondly, Godskitchen Worldwide Resident Mark Eteson was also called in to provide the voice over for the Official “Road To Global 2011” promotional video in the lead up to the two-day festival on July 29th and 30th.  The brief was short and sweet, and consisted of a radio-styled spoken extract to coincide with the video’s theme of driving to Global with the radio show playing on the car stereo.  So far the video has snapped up over 13,000 views in just 1 week (15th July 2011).
